Pistols of the CZ 75 COMPACT range are reduced versions of the basic model, the CZ 75 B. All versions have slides and barrels shortened by 20 mm and grips and magazines by 10 mm. The reduced dimensions and lightened weight predispose these models for personal defence and long term carry. All are equipped with a firing pin safety as standard, enhancing drop safety. CZ 75 COMPACT - the classic version with decocking device. Large capacity double-column magazine, comfortable grip in either hand, good results at instinctive shooting (without aiming), low trigger pull weight, high accuracy of fire, long service life and outstanding reliability - even when using various types of cartridges. The slide stays open after the last cartridge has been fired, the sights are outfitted with a three-dot illuminating system for better aiming in poor visibility conditions, suitable for COMBAT shooting. Versions differ in their caliber, size, weight, magazine capacity, trigger mechanism operation, safety elements, surface finish, grip panel types and other specific modifications.
This alloy framed pistol includes a hammer forged barrel, ergonomic grips and controls, unparallel accuracy, slide in frame design for better recoil control, night sight system, smooth double action and crisp single action, extended service life due to advanced design and superior materials and a firing pin block safety. This model is equipped with a decocking lever only.
